Event website"From The Archives" is a group exhibition curated by Nick Maltagliati that brings together artists whose work engages with archival materials, historical documentation, and memory.
The exhibition explores how artists interpret, transform, and reimagine archival content in contemporary art practice. Through various mediums and approaches, the featured artists examine the relationship between past and present, preservation and transformation.
As one of the participating artists, I'll be presenting textile works that incorporate archival techniques and references to historical textile traditions.
